|750 g||peas, deep-frozen|
|1-2 tablespoon(s)||granulated vegetable broth|
|(herbal) salt and pepper|
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
- Put the peas in a pot. Add 750 ml of water and granulated vegetable broth, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix it with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.
Tips (to exchange):
- Add more seasonal vegetables.
- If you like tomatoes, add a can of chopped tomatoes.
- Do you want more proteins? Add chickpeas or beans.
- Season the soup for example with chili.
- Replace part of the water and use plant drink or coconut milk.
