And for this reason I prepare my dishes by myself. For example hearty stews, pasta, healthy fast food, sweet dishes or easy salads. Today I think it is time for a delicious and fresh salad bowl with cauliflower and mozzarella.

Ingredients: (serves 4)

For the salad:

250 g cauliflower (fresh or deep-frozen)
1 cucumber
4 gherkins
125 g mozzarella

For the dressing:

75 g yoghurt
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
  paprika powder
  tomato-mozzarella-spices
  pepper

Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Pluck the cauliflower into florets, wash and boil them.
  2. In the meantime, wash and dice the cucumber.
  3. Dice the gherkins and mozzarella, too.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing with a whisk.
  5. Combine all the ingredients for the salad, pour the dressing over the mixture and serve.

Tips (to exchange) and tricks:

  • If you like, add more vinegar, oil or water to the dressing.
  • Add more vegetables like maize or zucchini.
  • Exchange mozzarella for feta.
